All that glitters is gold

March 19, 2014

So this wasn’t a very well thought out post and I will totally forgive you for not reading it. But it’s about pretty shiny things and stuff.

All that glitters is gold

Who needs a pic up today?

Here are some sparkly-lovely-really-make-you-wish-you-had-a-big-fancy-party-to-go-to clothes porn. FYI, I bought the One Teaspoon top on the top left corner on Boxing Day and it has layed dormant in my closet since.

– head over to my Pinterest Profile and check out my Style Pinboard for all the image credits.

Pac-man hates sequins, not because he's a conservative-party-pooper-type. Because they make his skin crawl and his teeth hurt. I would think this was weird except people stirring with forks, or forks scraping bowls or eating rice with a fork – let's just say fork's in general do this to me. So because of this I wear less sequins than I used to. It's a strange thing how much our significant other's can influence our choices. Plus having babies also makes me want to wear easy to wash, easy to snuggle soft fabrics.

I am not one of those bloggers who tells you it is easy to wear sequins to the park or school drop off. They aren't easy to wear during the day which is why I am including the pictures of the awesome bag and cuff, these are total everyday staples, obvs.

Anyway, in conclusion, I love sparkles, I love gold but I hardly ever wear them except in accessory form.

This was not my most well thought out post.

xoxo

You need to wear that top, it’s stunning! I get the sequin & fork thing, I have a full blown phobia of sponges, they feel awful & completely freak me out to the point of hyperventilating.
