I thought I would just pop by to let you know how everything is going around here. A little update of sorts.
So, as you guys know, I finished up as the Digital Editor of CHILD Mags last year and I feel like I’m really getting back to what makes me happy – creatively speaking.
It was nice to be part of a team (and I miss you gals!) but I didn’t get much time to craft or develop recipes or take pictures and that can be hard when you’re a creator. And I also didn’t have a lot of time to blog here – and that was not making me happy.
Now I’m back in the swing of all things Patchwork Cactus and I wanted to give you guys a little update.
So firstly – I’m crafting again! I have been contributing to the Westfield website and that is SUPER fun. You can check out all the cool stuff I have been making here.
There are Easter Hat Parade Ideas, Easter Pet Rocks and a super cute Easter Morning Pancake Recipe.
I have also spent a decent amount of this year getting this new space working, I’m ironing out all the kinks right now but bear with me and please let me know if anything isn’t working by leaving a comment. I’ll get it sorted.
AND I have a store now! Yay. I’m not actually selling anything yet but I am listing things that I have bought, some things that I have been gifted and think you guys would like and also things that are on my wishlist. Let me know if you sell a cool product that you would like me to add to it!
What else have I been doing…
Oh yeah, I did an Easter craft project for Australian Women’s Weekly. That was pretty exciting. It’s in store now so head to your local and grab a copy.
And I have also been showing my face around the Mumlyfe space. It’s brand new parenting site for parents with older kids. Created and run by an absolute legend – check it out.
