Louise from Project Coastal Boho is pretty bloody impressive, I insist you go and follow her right now, go ahead, I’ll wait. So she has hacked the ever famous Kmart Scandi Shoe Rack with some woven jute webbing and a staple gun. You can check out the tutorial in her stories. This is one of my favourite Kmart hacks of all time.

Amy from My Plantie Vibes proves Kmart hacks are sometimes as simple as a can of spray paint, this originally blush planter now has an art deco vibe and I am digging it. Pun Intended.

Look What I Found has smashed this Kmart kids table hack out of the park; adding a wicker tray from Freedom to the legs and creating a very boho vibe. Nice work.

If you’re without a broom closet (that’s me) just grab one of these wooden coat hooks and buy yourself some fancy pants wooden cleaning thingies. How nice does it look? Steph from Coastal Residence has a beautiful home and there’s a lot of white in her interiors. So I’m just going to go ahead and presume she is pretty good at the whole keeping things clean thing and copy everything she does in that department.

Alicia from My Burleigh Reno features twice in this list and for good reason. She made these raffia throw cushions from placemats and twine. I’m a tad in love. Also, spot what they are leaning against – more on that later.

And Alicia is back, did you miss her? This time she is showing how to get a few different looks out of the Scandi shoe rack. I’m going to grab one of these today and for sure, there’s a vintage picnic rug in my cupboard that NEEDS to be a shoe rack.

My contribution to this post is one of the most (only) colourful kmart hacks on the list. I hacked these $1 pots with satin paints and I’m pleased to report that they are still going strong. You can check out the tutorial here.
