Yup, I’m doing outfit posts too now, mostly so I can show off these rad pictures I just got! xox Babs
Well hi, welcome to my first ever outfit post. I have always loved fashion and have been thinking about starting outfit posts around here for a while. But, you know…all the excuses.
When I got these great pictures back from the Blogger Headshot Workshop the first thing I thought was; how cool are Pete and Lisa from And A Day Photography for creating such fun images. The next was; how awesome is Jaclyn from Blog Society for thinking up and creating all these rad events, and then finally I thought; woot, here is my first outfit post. (I may or may not have also thought, holy shit, look at my grey streak)
This is a pretty typical everyday outfit for me, it's bend, crouch, tug, run and climb proof. All of the necessities for not flashing your lady lumps when dealing with toddlers.
T-shirt Hubble + Duke, Pants Lululemon, Cardi is ancient but find similar at Jollychic, shoes are also ancient but these Converse are similar (and on my wishlist), tank dress (layered) Kmart, Gel Nailpolish is c/o Sensationail.
p.s do you think Pete and Lisa (who just got engaged – congrats!!!) will photograph all of my outfit posts from now on?
If you enjoyed this post and want to give me a virtual fist bump you can follow me on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest or Twitter. You can also 'pin', 'share', 'tweet' or 'like' this post using the buttons at the bottom of the post, xoxo babs
YOu are one cool chick honey. Looking forward to seeing the next one :))) (you can just stop at one………)
Absolutely love this!! The colours, you, EVERYTHING!!! You amaze me!!
Very cute. I have been admiring your headshots from the workshop. Look so good! zx
Jo from Blondie By the Sea
Such cute photos and you make a toddler wrangling outfir look way cool. Jo xx
Lovely shots, what a great photoshoot!
How was the workshop? Your photos are awesome (and I love that cardi!!). I wanted to go but couldn’t quite work out whether I could give a toss about my headshot or not. Now I think I should!!! x
The workshop was so good! Yummy food, fun photographers and lots of cool people to meet. It was really casual with lots of really cheesy music.
I have been hiding from the camera since the kids were born so I there are no pictures of me lately..at all. Plus I missed the vivid event so I promised myself I would go to the next one no matter what. I’m so glad I did. xox
Thanks, it was so much fun – there was no hiding to be done. I just has to get out there and do it. Scary but fun!
Thanks Jo, Gotta have the tank dress for g-rated toddler wrangling!
Thanks so much, it was such a fun day. xox
Coming from you, you big spunk! xx
hahah, hopefully if I find someone willing to photograph it I will post another! xxo

Seriously you are so darn gorgeous and fun to photograph, we could have easily spent the whole afternoon together chatting and laughing till the sun set. Thanks for sharing the photos. Hopefully will see you at another blogsociety event soon.
Huge hugs x
Carla from My Yellow Heart
Love these pics, and I would not have seen your grey streak if you hadn’t mentioned it!!
I’ll photograph all your outfit posts.. You are CLEARLY, really easy to photograph, you gorgeous thing.
That is not a bad idea! We could hook up and photograph each other’s outfits every so often. And we could also get the kids involved!
It was so great, if you could make a trip of it it could work!
Thanks so much, great to see you too dear! xoxo
I have to find another outfit first!
Thank you thank you thank you for capturing them!
Keeping my mouth shut has never been a strong point of mine! Thanks xoxo
